The Office provides the necessary information and advice to its clients in the field of establishment and organization of business establishments and testing the appropriate legal form and analysis of legislation related to the nature of activities.
 Choosing the appropriate legal, financial, tax and operational framework can significantly affect the economics of any project and provide a key element of success.
The Bureau shall carry out the establishment of the companies with the authorization of its founders until the end of the procedures of its month and its registration in the Commercial Register and shall include the following:
• To prepare a draft contract for the establishment and discuss with the founders for approval and signature.
• Submit to the concerned authorities the request to establish the company after preparing and processing all the required documents.
• Extracting the ministerial decree and publishing it in the Official Gazette.
• Registration of the company with the Commercial Register, the Social Security Authority and sales taxes.
• Issuing the company's tax card.
• Prepare for the first general assembly of the company and approve the establishment expenses
